1. scope of application
All legal transactions concluded via the online store www.Deluxerep.store (hereinafter referred to as "Online Shop") are subject to these General Terms and Conditions ("GTC - Online Shop"). Hypedgifts.com reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply in each case.

The products and prices in the online store are considered as an offer. The offer is valid as long as the product can be found in the online store and is in stock.

Hypedgifts.com is free to set the prices and change them at any time. When ordering, the price published on the website is authoritative. If prices have been published in error, Hypedgifts.com reserves the right to inform the buyer before shipment in order to agree on a price correction or to cancel the order.
Prices are quoted in CHF by default. The conversion rates are generated automatically.
Shipping and packaging costs are calculated and shown separately from the quoted price. Any COD incurred by the selected logistics partner will be borne entirely by the customer.

The purchase contract is concluded by sending (online) the order and the acceptance by Hypedgifts.com.

6.1 Availability and delivery
Products marked as "available" are normally delivered within 11 - 25 working days from the receipt of the order. If a product is out of stock or incorrectly marked as "available", the customer will be notified by email or telephone and a new provisional delivery date will be agreed. Hypedgifts.com will make every effort to ensure prompt subsequent delivery and will ship backordered items without additional shipping charges.

If an item is no longer available at all and cannot be sourced or produced by Hypedgifts.com, Hypedgifts.com may withdraw from the contract but must refund the customer in full for any payments already made for the product in question.

If Hypedgifts.com is not able to provide or ship the items within 60 calendar days from receipt of the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made by the buyer to Hypedgifts.com for the product in question will be refunded in full. There are no further claims against Hypedgifts.com.
If additional shipping costs are incurred due to an incorrect delivery address or incorrect address data, these costs shall be borne in full by the Buyer.
Unless otherwise agreed, Hypedgifts.com will ship national and international orders.

7. duty of inspection
The delivered or collected products are to be checked by the buyer immediately after acceptance for completeness, correctness and for delivery damage. If there is a defect, Hypedgifts.com must be notified within 7 calendar days and the product must be in its original condition for return.

8. warranty conditions and services
hypedgifts.com sells items from other manufacturers. Hypedgifts.com has no influence on the durability and functionality of the products as well as the warranty of other manufacturers. Therefore, the warranty information of the manufacturers apply, provided that they are valid in Switzerland.
A warranty claim can only be asserted by the customer upon presentation of the purchase contract including the valid order form.
There is no warranty claim for damage caused by improper handling or for defects that are due to external influences. This could be, for example, elemental damage, moisture damage, drop and impact damage or damage due to modifications.
Hypedgifts.com can provide warranty service by replacing the product as good as new.

9 Liability and Disclaimer
hypedgifts.com is only liable for warranty services. This can be indirect and consequential damages such as loss of profit, unrealized savings, or damages from delay in delivery. Furthermore Hypedgifts.com is not liable for damages caused by improper storage.
