you can keep the excess product. We regularly give regular customers and larger orders new products to try for free.


I ordered the wrong size or entered my adress incorrectly.
Please write directly to our customer support, they will adjust your not yet shipped order to your needs as soon as possible.

 

  

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
We don’t have shipping costs. Our delivery is free.

Where do you ship?
We deliver worldwide!
 
Does someone have to be at home when the package arrives?
Yes. The shipping courier requires a signature upon delivery.However, you will usually receive an SMS from the courier before delivery. Through the SMS you can set that the package can be deposited at the front door without a signature.If the courier cannot deliver the package, they will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If you do not contact them, they will destroy the package after a certain time because no one has contacted them. Hypedgifts does not cover these costs. A refund cannot be requested for this situation.
 
Are orders with multiple products shipped separately?
Since we have several manufacturers worldwide, there is a possibility that you get several packages from one order.
 
Are there any custom charges?
99% of the time there are no customs charges. But it can happen. Hypedgifts does not cover these costs. These costs must be paid by the customer.

Return / Exchange

Is it possible to return the products?
Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, read more about it here. Otherwise, all orders will be considered final. Returns are not possible if you simply change your mind. Please note that due to lighting and different screen functions, there may be slight color differences between the pictures and the original.

Is an exchange possible?
Hypedgifts does not exchange goods. You need to create a new order.

Does Hypedgifts manufacture the products itself?
No, not at the moment. Hypedgifts only cares about providing you, the user, with a platform where you can find multiple gift ideas at once, and only serves as an intermediary to make your decision easier.
 

Where does Hypedgifts get the products?
We are constantly on the lookout for products that are suitable as gifts and, above all, very trendy. To do this, we search all social media on a daily basis, looking for manufacturers that can supply them. Therefore, the products can come from different countries like England, Germany, France, China, America and so on.
